OUR GOAL: Demand, encourage and support every state to return the United States Government to a Federal Government instead of the National Government Oligarchy it has become using the power given the States under Article 5 of the Constitution and to make sure the process is completed. Experienced PatriotsIt is all too obvious that the "power" of the vote is not working. With no term limits, the culture of corruption and abuse has changed OUR Federal Government into a National Government Oligarchy, no longer representing "We The People" as a whole, rather representing self and special interests in the name of Political Correctness, Social Engineering, and Centralized Power! They have taken complete control of our states, using OUR money and Constitutional loopholes to justify "their way or the highway." The States actually have the power under Article 5 of the Constitution, NOT to be confused with a Constitutional Convention, to stop the TYRANNY! They are either ignorant of this and how it works or lack the fortitude to take action. Are you aware that We The People are being denied our constitutional right to an Article V Convention to propose amendments, despite a whopping 750 (or more) Article V applications from the state legislatures of ALL 50 states? Now it falls on our shoulders, the experienced American patriots, to let our state know we are behind it. That we will be there for and support it in every way. That we will accept no less than a complete return to the values instilled in the original Constitution and the Bill of Rights, realizing that neither would have been possible without The Declaration of Independence. THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE of 2009
One Nation, under God, with rights given to us by our creator! NOT GOVERNMENT! In order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity hereby DEMAND of our state that they, according to the Constitution of the United States propose, plan, schedule, and complete an Article 5 Convention for the purpose of Amending the Constitution. Knowing that We The People are being denied our constitutional right to an Article V Convention to propose amendments, because applications from the state legislatures of ALL 50 states have been made and ignored by Congress, instead of asking for permission to call for and complete the Convention, Congress will only be informed of the date it will be held. Upon completion the amendments and/or repeals will be presented to Congress for ratification and given 30 days to complete that process. Failure to do so will result in its bypass whereas the Amendments and/or Repeals will be sent out to the States for ratification by the "Committee to Verify Completion of the Article 5 Process" formed by the delegates of the Convention. If Congress and/or the Executive Branch attempts to stifle this process in any way, the states represented will use any and all resources necessary to enforce their Constitutional right to complete the process.
